♥ Puppy Love ♥

My high school has a week where after Christmas break, instead of going back to school, all juniors and seniors participate in an internship.  For my internship this week, I am going observe at a local animal hospital.  I am extremely excited, because I want to be a veterinarian. So I will blog soon about my experience, but to kick off the start of my internship I thought I would post a few pictures of my two gorgeous dogs! I have two golden retriever brothers named Max and Sampson. I love them so much!

Me and Max

I absolutely LOVE this picture! Definitely one of my all time favorites!

Is he completely adorable or what?

We love taking naps together!

  1. I think it's wonderful that your school has it's students getting involved in the community like that! Your dogs are beauiful, Leah! I grew up on a farm and while we never had indoor pets... except a rabbit and some turtles... I loved our many dogs!

  8. Oh, I love you dogs! I had Golden Retrievers growing up. They are the best! Right now we have a little dog. It is the first time I have ever had a small breed. He's a Toy Fox Terrier and the only reason we have him is becasue we won him 3 years ago in our church fundraiser auction! He's cute, though. I will say for as small as he is, he's growing on me. We named him "Milo" because he reminds us of the dog in Jim Carrey's "The Mask" movie. But I miss large dogs. If I get another Golden one day, I want to name him E-Boz. Funny name, I know...but ever since I was about 11 years old and first saw the movie Poltergeist, I've always wanted to name a golden retriever E-Boz (that was the name of the family dog in the movie. Can you tell I'm a movie buff? always naming pets after movie characters. I had a cat once who I named "Molly" because I got her the day after I saw the movie "Ghost" and Demi Moore's character in that movie was named Molly.)

Okay, I've written way too much in your comment section.... I'll go now. Just want to say hello and I really like your blog! Keep blog'n!

    Happy New Year :)
